Restore any damaged memorable personal or family photograph to look as good as new, or even better. Modern digital methods can repair old photographs without damaging the original. A digital photo restoration removes dust and scratches, and replaces missing or damaged areas to produce the best possible results. This is how it works:

STEP ONE: Scan your photos in color at 300+ ppi resolution, high quality, 5”x7” jpeg(Original printed images should be first digitalized by scanning at the highest possible resolution, then emailed.)

STEP TWO: Send the file via email to: jan@rockheart.com.

STEP THREE: Within 24 hours, you will receive a no-obligation price quote by email indicating the recommended type of restoration (see below). Fees include the costs of a CD. Please inquire on volume discounts for over 10 individual images.
- Simple Restoration: $15 to $30. The photo is in very good condition - needs only a few very minor repairs or enhancements.
  - One or two scratches or spots in unimportant parts of the photo.
  - Very minor retouching (red-eye or blemish removal).
  - Very minor color, brightness and contrast adjustments.
  - Removing minor and even color casts.
  - No missing parts or cuts and tears.
- Standard Restoration: $30 to $50. The photo is in good to poor condition and needs a number of repairs or enhancements.
  - Minor facial features damaged.
  - Moderate scratches or surface cracking.
  - Small areas damaged or missing.
  - Paper wrinkling over some unimportant detail.
  - Moderate mold or water damage outside the important areas.
  - Significant and somewhat uneven fading but still a good recognizable image throughout.
- Major Restoration: $50.00+. The photo is in very poor to very bad condition and needs extensive repair or enhancement.
  - Sections of photo missing or significantly damaged. (Small parts along a tear, corner, or on background.
  - All major parts of photo are available in one or a few pieces.)
  - Missing important detail in face or body area.
  - Severe mold and/or water damage.
  - Severe or numerous scratches and or surface cracking.
  - Severe fading, yellowing or staining.
- Any Additional Request: $10
  - Removal of objects and/or people.
  - Adding objects and/or people.
  - Replacement of background.

STEP FOUR: Confirm your order via email.

STEP FIVE: After paying 50% of the estimated price upfront, You'll receive a proof by email for review and final approval. (There is a $5 shipping cost for CD and or prints. No shipping fee for orders over $50.) Return your final approval by email or phone with the rest of the payment. Personal checks, PayPal, or Credit Card (VISA or Master) payments are accepted.

STEP SIX: Orders with digital image(s) (via email, or on a CD in the mail) shipped upon a receipt of the full payment. High-quality archival prints on archival paper cost:
- 4x6 = $5.00 each
- 5x7 = $8.00 each
- 8x10 = $15.00 each
